Return and Exchange Policy

We believe that providing the best service to our customers is a very special thing, we provide return and exchange of goods. Customers can use this facility if:

Goods received do not match what was ordered (applies to all products)
There is a defect in the item received (only applies to accessories such as diffuser, etc.)

Conditions for Returning Goods

Products that are damaged due to a fault of the recipient and shipping services are not received and sent back to the customer. Confirmation of product exchange to CS is done a maximum of 1×24 hours after the product is received by the customer. Returns can only be made within 3 × 24 hours from the time the item is received via the goods delivery service.
